There could also be problems with the air filter you are using to separate moisture in the compressed air.

Problem: The impact wrench runs slowly or will not power on at all.

Solution: This can be a sign that the motor or ball-bearing in the motor is starting to wear out, which will require a motor replacement. However, it can also be related to gunk built up in your wrench. Flush all of the debris out of your wrench by using a grease solvent or recommended solution.
